Rev Jeevan Ramesh Dhale is Founder and Principal of Reaching the Lost International Bible College. In 2010 while he was in New York, USA while completing his Bible College during the time of prayer he received the vision and name Reaching the Lost. He is also involved from past ten years in Pastoral ministry and social work in reaching out to many needy. He is also serving as Youth Director in Assemblies of God Maharashtra. He is also invited as Guest Preacher in many places. He has travelled to 13 different nations and preached the word of God. His sermons have blessed many around the world .Pastor Jeevan is married to a beautiful, Godly and talented wife Sonakshi who serves with him passionately.

The birth of Pastor Jeevan Dhale was miraculous, born to the parents who are active in ministry. Pastor Jeevan was born with a lot of complications. Doctors diagnosed him with 16 major diseases. He was very weak, and weighted just 1200 grams. Doctors and specialists gave up on Jeevan’s survival. Being a Staff Nurse his mom started to pray for God’s healing in her son’s life. She constantly sought God and expected God to touch her son, God answered her prayer and over the night healed Pastor Jeevan from 16 major diseases completely and hence his parents named him Jeevan (Life). Pastor Jeevan was raised in Biblical ways and always made his parents proud. While he was 9 years old the leadership quality was noticed in him by many professors, principals of school. At age 16, while attending a youth camp, he heard the message on Isaiah 6, ‘who will go for me? And he replied, Here I am send me’ God touched him and spoke to him that God has called him for full time ministry. After that camp, everything in his life changed, he was baptized and was filled with the Holy Spirit and started to get actively involved in Youth and Evangelism ministry. After completing his secular Degree in Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, God opened a door for him to pursue Theological studies in Mount Zion International School Of Ministry in PA, USA,which was part of Rev. David Wilkerson founder of World Challenge and Times Square Church New york . He had wonderful privilege to complete his internship in Times Square Church, New York. After graduating from Bible College, God guided him to come back to India and serve Him. He has completed his Bachelors of Arts in Mumbai University.

He has finished his Masters in Divinity from Global School of Open Learning ( Sabc) Bengaluru, India. He is applying for Doctors in Ministry.

Pastor Sonakshi Dhale is also Founder and Vice Principal of Reaching the Lost International Bible College. She has completed her theological degree, ‘Bachelors in Theology from Southern Asia Bible College Bangalore. She has completed her Bachelors of Multimedia in Bangalore. Now she is pursuing her Masters in Divinity from GSOL, Bangalore. She has travelled to 13 different nations and preached the word of God. She is invited to preach in many Women’s conferences and many places in India and internationally, many are blessed through her ministry. She is also actively involved in pastoral ministry along with her husband. God is using her in Teaching ministry in Bible college and other places.

She has worked in a Christian ministry as Media Head and also Value Education professor in different schools. Pastor Sonakshi is certified Family and marriage counsellor. She has also been invited to speak at parenting seminars in school. God has blessed Pastor Sonakshi with creative skills in Multimedia and God is using her designs and works to encourage many people. Pastor Sonakshi is also gifted song writer, recently her first song TERA RAAJ AYE is released and many more are coming soon.
