Rev.Dr .Ramesh Dhale was born in Christian family and completed his degree in Bachelors of Commerce and applied many places to get secular job but was declined. God had a plan for him to join full time ministry and hence he completed his Bachelors of Divinity from Southern Asia Bible college, Bangalore and few years back completed his Doctor in Ministry from South India.

In the past he served God for 21 years in Kolhapur District in state of Maharashtra. God used him to pioneer one main church and 7 daughter churches in different towns of Kolhapur. Thousands were baptized and saved through his ministry. God used him to help one missionary to pioneer a Bible college by name, Discipleship Training Center where he served as Principal and professor for many years. Through this college hundreds of students graduated and hundreds are serving God in full time ministry all over India.

Rev.Dr. Ramesh Dhale is also actively involved in ministry and he is invited to many places as a guest preacher and many are blessed through his ministry of word. God has been using him mightily in deliverance ministry.

Mrs. Sunanda Dhale is a daughter of pastor and comes from a big family of six sisters and three brothers. She was a staff Nurse by profession and she has left a prosperous career and joined full time ministry. She is a women of prayer and fasting, her day starts with hours of prayer and intercession. God has given her gift of Evangelism and every day she distributes hundreds of Gospel tracts. Till now she has distributed hundreds of thousands of Gospel tracts.

Mrs. Sunanda has also completed her theological studies and graduated in Bachelors of Biblical Studies. Right now she is also serving as Professor at Reaching the lost International Bible College.

She was also professor of Discipleship Training Center and she is invited as Guest speaker in many women’s conferences.
She serves as Women’s Director for Maharashtra Assemblies of God women’s department and she is encouraging women’s to be actively involved in God’s work.

She is right now actively involved in Hospital Ministry and every week she leads a team of ladies to 4 hospitals where they pray for hundreds of patients and distribute Gospel tracts and New Testament. Many people are getting healed and even the hospital staff is Blessed by their prayers.

She was actively involved in Leprosy Hospitals ministry and Tuberculosis Hospitals which were outside the city. Many Leprosy patients were saved during this ministry.

Pastor Shoula Shinde serves as a Professor at at Reaching the lost International Bible College. He is also doing his pastoral ministry at Bethlehem Assemblies of God Church Ulhasnagar. Before coming to full time ministry he served in BMC Mumbai as Octrai Inspector and then God called him to full time ministry. He has completed his Bachelors in Theology and Masters in Divinity from Union Biblical Seminary Pune.

Brother Prashant Thorat is worshipper and God is using him in many places. He serves as Music teacher at at Reaching the lost International Bible College. Along with Music he teaches the student about praise and worship and also is in charge of Bible college Choir.

Brother Tanaji Chavan is Alumni of  Reaching the lost International Bible College. After completion of the college he has stayed to serve. He serves as Wordon at College. He also is actively involved in Church planting and Evangelism.

Brother Sunil Bare  is Alumni of  Reaching the lost International Bible College. After completion of the college he has stayed to serve. He serves in Church planting, Slum ministry and Evangelism work.

Brother Prakash Mhaske is Alumni of Reaching the lost International Bible College. After completion of the college he has stayed to serve. He serves as Office staff and is actively involved in Evangelism and Worship ministry.

Sis Swati Dhotre is incharge of Food ministry at at Reaching the lost International Bible College.
